Terms of Service

1. The service
This application is operated by Florida Sound Quality, 318 Deer Cove Lane, Lutz, FL 33548, United States ("we", "us"). It is used to register competitors for car audio competition events, to score vehicles, and to deliver results.
2. Registration
To register, open the event link, create or sign in to your competitor account and pay the online deposit shown for that event. After payment is confirmed, your account displays a personal PIN. Enter it to unlock and complete the vehicle registration form. Payment alone does not complete your vehicle registration. One reservation and one vehicle registration are supported per account per event.
3. Accounts and deposits
Admin and judge accounts are created by Florida Sound Quality. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Competitors create their own accounts. Deposits are processed by Stripe; contact Florida Sound Quality with payment, cancellation or refund questions.
4. Scoring and results
Scores are assigned by event judges. All judging decisions, scores, and placements are final and at the sole discretion of Florida Sound Quality and its judges.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false registrations, share personal registration PINs, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may remove registrations or block access that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florida Sound Quality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Participation in events is governed by the rules announced at each event.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the service you agree to it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
